Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast is a former member of both the Fierce 5 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. In 2012 the team, she won gold at the team events and also the floor exercise. In the balance beam, Raisman received the bronze medal. It made her an the only American gymnast in the Olympics to win the most medals. The gold medal was hers in the team competition at the 2016 Olympics and was her as well as Gabby Douglas the first Americans to win back-to-back golds. Additionally, she won silver for individual all-around and for floor work. She took a three-year break between the two Olympics from competing gymnastics. She also was among the gold-winning American squads at the two World Championships. The gymnastics classes began at the age of 2 and enjoys floor exercise. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization in memory of her grandmother who passed away from cancer. She hopes to build an enviable career in the field of fashion. The leotards she wears as a signature along with socks and other garments will be expanded in the near future. Fierce is a novel she will release later this year.
